About
GaleHub started as a group chat where a few friends kept recommending each other games and arguing about controls. At some point we decided to write it all down properly, and the site grew out of that habit. Nothing here is auto-generated — every review comes from someone who actually installed the thing and played it.
We care about the stuff that gets skipped in flashy trailers: does the touch control feel responsive, how long until your phone gets warm, can you turn off the effects that drain the battery. Those details decide whether a game stays on your home screen or gets deleted after a week.
We pick games across genres on purpose. One week it's a slow strategy you poke at during a commute, the next it's a racer that wants both thumbs and your full attention. Variety keeps us honest and keeps the catalog useful for different kinds of players.
The editorial side is small and that's by design. We'd rather publish fewer reviews that we stand behind than flood the page with quick takes nobody double-checked.
Marek Dvořák — Marek has been testing mobile games since the days of resistive touchscreens and still keeps three old phones around just to check performance. He writes most of the long reviews and handles the battery testing.
